Disney Adventure World Loop Will Feature New Music From Philippe Rombi

Disneyland Paris has revealed that composer Philippe Rombi created a unique musical score for Adventure Way, the central pathway of the upcoming Disney Adventure World. This new area is part of a reimagining of Walt Disney Studios Park and is set to open on March 29, 2026.

On December 13th, French composer Philippe Rombi delighted Disneyland Paris guests at a special event by revealing the new musical theme he created for Adventure Way.

This new score was composed to perfectly match the length of Adventure Way and will play as visitors enter and walk along the park’s main pathway.

Rombi’s New Music

Award-winning French composer Philippe Rombi created a roughly 40-minute musical piece specifically for this project. The world-renowned London Symphony Orchestra recorded the composition in the summer of 2025 at the historic Abbey Road Studios in London.

This project is special because Disneyland Paris rarely creates completely original music for whole themed lands. The last time they did this was in 1992 when Discoveryland opened at Disneyland Park.

Rombi shared how exciting being asked to create the score was for him.

He explained that it’s incredibly unusual for a Disney Park to feature entirely original music, and it’s even more uncommon to commission a French composer for the task. He considers it a significant honor and a wonderful acknowledgement of his dedication to heartfelt composition. He was particularly moved that the Imagineers trusted him with such a large and important project because of his music.

In December 2025, Rombi joined Michel den Dulk, a Creative Director at Walt Disney Imagineering Paris, to discuss the creative work behind the new park. They talked about how ideas were developed, including reviewing concepts, touring the Disney Adventure World construction site, and working together with the park’s creative staff.

Rombi created two central musical themes for Adventure Way to capture the excitement of journeys and the sense of discovery. These themes are the foundation of the music that will play throughout Adventure Way and its gardens.

The music throughout Adventure Way will change depending on where you are. Each garden will have its own unique sound. The Gazebo Garden will play music inspired by Peter Pan and 101 Dalmatians, while the *Tangledthemed garden will feature music from that film. Plus, the Regal View Restaurant & Lounge will have a pianist playing a special version of the main musical theme heard along the promenade.

Adventure Way

Adventure Way is the main path leading from the entrance of Disney Adventure World to all of its different areas, like World of Frozen. This central pathway will be filled with restaurants, beautiful gardens, and fun entertainment, all set to music from the Rombi soundtrack.

Restaurants and shops are built along parts of the walkway, offering places for visitors to rest without blocking the flow of traffic. These businesses blend into the surrounding scenery instead of feeling like separate areas. Project planners carefully positioned these locations to accommodate how many people they could serve while also maintaining a pleasing and natural flow to the walkway.
