Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson are taking the next step. 

During a White House holiday party on December 15th, President Donald Trump announced that his son, Donald Jr., is engaged. Donald Jr. shared the news himself in a video posted on X, offering a glimpse into his future plans.

I’m usually pretty good with words, we’re known for speaking our minds,” the 47-year-old said to the audience. “But I’m a little speechless right now. I just want to wish everyone a wonderful holiday season, Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year.

Donald Jr. publicly acknowledged his fiancée, who looked stunning in a red dress, and jokingly thanked her for saying ‘yes’ when he proposed.

Donald Jr. celebrated his engagement as a positive way to finish the year, then introduced Bettina to take over.

“This weekend has been absolutely incredible,” the 39-year-old shared. “I’m marrying the person I love, and I feel so lucky.”

Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina became publicly known as a couple last December, celebrating her birthday together in Palm Beach, Florida. They then attended events surrounding his father’s inauguration the following month.

Before dating Bettina, Donald Jr. was engaged to Kimberly Guilfoyle. He and his former wife, Vanessa Trump, have five children together: Kai, 18, Donald III, 16, Tristan, 14, Spencer, 13, and Chloe, 11.

I’m so excited for Vanessa! She’s really starting a fresh, new phase in her life, and recently confirmed she’s dating golf legend Tiger Woods. It’s wonderful to see her so happy!

Donald Trump Jr. isn’t the only member of the Trump family with exciting news. His sister, Tiffany Trump, and her husband, Michael Boulos, welcomed their son, Alexander, earlier this year.
