Next month, fans can expect big news about the future of Dragon Ball at the “Dragon Ball Genki Dama Festival.” While the specifics are still under wraps, rumors are flying about what’s in store for Goku and his friends. Interestingly, a large fan-made project just launched online, giving viewers a fresh look at some of the Z-Fighters’ most iconic battles before the festival begins. It’s a unique take on the anime that you won’t want to miss!
A dedicated fan group called Seed of Might has completely remastered the Dragon Ball Z anime, making all 291 episodes available to fans. They’ve meticulously corrected the colors in every shot, adjusted white balance, refined skin tones, and restored faded colors. This new version also features the original Saban/Ocean English dub, which later switched to the more familiar Funimation dub. You can find more information about the project and how to watch the remastered series below.
Enjoy the complete Dragon Ball Z series (episodes 1-291) in color-corrected 480p quality! This version is a merge of the Dragon Box releases. Check it out here: [link removed due to policy]

Dragon Ball’s Future Remake?

There’s been a lot of talk online about a possible remake of Dragon Ball Super, but so far, it’s just a rumor. We might find out more at next month’s Genki Dama Festival. The recent Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie actually included remade scenes from the original Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z, giving fans a glimpse of what a full remake could be like.
I’m so excited about the Dragon Ball event in January! One of the biggest things everyone’s been hoping for is the return of the Dragon Ball Super manga, and it’s actually happening! The last arc ended with Frieza getting unbelievably strong, which set the stage for some amazing new battles. Of course, after the sad news of Akira Toriyama’s passing, a lot of us wondered if the manga would continue, but thankfully Toyotaro is stepping up to keep the story going!
Even though there wasn’t a new Dragon Ball series announced in 2025, it was still a significant year for the franchise. The first season of Dragon Ball Daima finished, wrapping up the Z-Fighters’ story in the Demon Realm. This series expanded the Dragon Ball universe by officially including Super Saiyan 4, giving Vegeta his Super Saiyan 3 form, and introducing several new ideas. While a second season hasn’t been confirmed, many anime fans are hoping for one.
We’d love to hear your thoughts on this incredible fan project based on Dragon Ball Z! Share your opinion in the comments and join the discussion in the ComicBook Forum!
