Fans of Dylan O’Brien have a lot to look forward to! A dark comedy he made in 2025 that didn’t get much attention is now popular on streaming services, and his new horror-thriller, Send Help, is coming out very soon.
Tyler Posey, known for his work in shows like Teen Wolf and films like The Maze Runner in the early 2010s, is enjoying a lot of success right now. Despite this, his most recent movie, released in 2025, didn’t get the attention it deserved, even though critics loved it – it earned a 97% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Dylan O’Brien Stars In The Dark Comedy Twinless – What It’s About
Released in September 2025, Twinless is a truly excellent and surprisingly overlooked film, especially for fans of Dylan O’Brien. It received overwhelmingly positive reviews, boasting a 97% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and a 94% audience score – making it one of the highest-rated movies of the year.
In the film Twinless, O’Brien portrays both Roman and Rocky, twin brothers where one tragically dies. The story follows the surviving twin as he joins a support group for people who have lost their twin – a group known as “twinless twins.” Written and directed by up-and-coming filmmaker James Sweeney, the movie is a unique blend of dark humor and psychological drama.
Despite a standout performance from Brendan O’Brien, the film also features a strong supporting cast including Lauren Graham, Kody Harvard, Aisling Franciosi, Cree, and director Jake Sweeney. At just over an hour and fifty minutes long, it’s currently available to stream on Disney+ and Hulu, where it’s quickly become popular since its release last week.
Twinless Is Perfect To Stream Before Send Help Hits Theaters
Since critics are already praising O’Brien’s new film, Send Help, which comes out January 30th, now is a great time to check out their earlier work, Twinless, if you haven’t seen it. Although the movies are quite different – one’s a dark comedy and the other a monster horror – they both have an R rating and feature some of O’Brien’s strongest acting.
Naomi O’Brien stars alongside Rebecca Hall in Send Help, a new film directed by Sam Raimi, the director behind Spider-Man and The Evil Dead. Many viewers are anticipating Send Help as a return to Raimi’s classic horror style. While we wait for its release, Twinless is a standout new movie now available to stream and is highly recommended.
