Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams) has been pushed to make a big decision in EastEnders.
Earlier this month, Ian Beale, played by Adam Woodyatt, unintentionally hit Jordan Fox (Jahsaiah Williams) with his car.
He urgently tried to steer his intoxicated mother, Kathy, away from Vicki Fowler and Ross Marshall’s wedding, not realizing that Vicki had already left the party and was wandering around outside.
Chelsea told him to go back inside, but then she noticed he’d collapsed and was unconscious. She shouted in alarm.
I’m really worried about Jordan. He’s had this major spinal surgery, and there’s a chance he could be paralyzed forever. It all started when I thought maybe I should have kept a closer eye on him, but things have gotten worse between me and Ian. And honestly, it was awful to see Chelsea actually slap him – it felt so threatening.

Adding to the difficulties faced by the Fox-Trueman family, Denise Fox (played by Diane Parish) recently received a diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia, a fast-moving type of blood cancer. She started aggressive chemotherapy treatment this week.
Libby (Belinda Owusu), the youngest daughter, came back to help her mother, only to get caught up in more trouble. Chelsea revealed that the grandmother of her abusive ex-husband, Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) – Sheila Ruskin – had been sending checks meant for their son Jordan, but Chelsea hadn’t deposited them.
Libby secretly took an envelope and decided to reach out to Sheila on her own. She was hoping the money could contribute to Jordan’s ongoing care and cover the cost of the specialized wheelchair he would need.
She didn’t live in the area when Gray was committing his violent acts, which resulted in the deaths of three people. He was ultimately arrested and convicted in 2022 after admitting what he had done.
Today at the hospital, Chelsea found herself in a tough spot – she wanted to visit Jordan but also needed to find someone to cover her shift at Harry’s Barn. While her boss, Nicola Mitchell (played by Laura Doddington), understood the situation, Chelsea was frustrated that it was up to her to sort out the staffing issues.
When Jordan asked to see Denise, Chelsea was forced to lie and say that she was busy at work.

Libby tried to talk to Sheila, but Jack Branning interrupted to say Denise wanted to see both her and Chelsea. Denise urged them to support each other through the tough times ahead, and they both agreed to get tested to see if they could be bone marrow donors if their mother needed a transplant.
Returning to Albert Square, the sisters attempted to distract themselves with a drink at The Vic. When Libby received a text message from Sheila, she immediately flipped her phone face down, hiding it from view.

Just as Chelsea tried to snap a selfie, a new message popped up, revealing everything.
Chelsea was initially very angry and told Libby to leave her alone. However, after talking with Eve about wanting what was best for Jordan, she reconsidered.
With support from Libby, she called Sheila for help.
But is she making the right decision?
