Ellen Pompeo & Chris Ivery’s Rare Outing With 3 Kids at World Series

Ellen Pompeo and Chris Ivery had a family date night at the ball game.

Ellen Pompeo, known for her role on Grey’s Anatomy, attended game five of the World Series at Dodgers Stadium on October 29th with her husband and their three children: Stella, 16, Sienna, 11, and Eli, 8.

Ellen and Chris took a family photo with their kids before watching the Toronto Blue Jays defeat the Los Angeles Dodgers, giving Toronto the lead in the championship series. Chris, Eli, and Sienna all wore Dodgers hats, while Ellen showed her support for the Blue Jays with a blue bandana.

It was such a special night at the baseball game – a rare treat for all five of us! It reminded me of earlier this year when we all gathered to celebrate Ellen receiving her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She and Chris have been married since 2007, and it was a really proud moment for our whole family.

She was joined by Chris, Stella, and Eli for the event, but she especially acknowledged her youngest child, Sienna, who couldn’t attend, asking everyone to say her name.

As for Stella and Eli, Ellen offered them sweet words.

She emphasized that real change isn’t quick or simple, explaining that it requires a lot of support from many people. She then expressed her love for Stella and Eli.

Ellen prefers to keep her children private, but she’s also mindful of what they’re watching, especially when it comes to seeing her old episodes of Grey’s Anatomy as Meredith Grey.

She mentioned on Jimmy Kimmel Live in March that her 15-year-old had already watched it, and now her 10-year-old is asking to see it too. She doesn’t think her younger daughter is old enough, but many of her classmates have already seen it.

I’m not criticizing other parents’ choices, but I’m not quite ready for my daughter to see me on TV in my underwear. It’s just that all her friends seem to have seen it, which gives us something to talk about when we’re picking them up from school.
