Elsie Hewitt has to smile about her baby news later.
Just one day after giving birth to her daughter, Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson, she needed to have a dental procedure.
On December 18th, Elise posted a photo on Instagram showing her swollen face and bandages after having a wisdom tooth removed. In the background, her baby could be seen in her car seat. Elise captioned the post, asking if anyone else had needed emergency dental work so soon after giving birth.
She didn’t reveal much about her surgery, but the 29-year-old did share a new selfie showing off her fashionable recovery gear while wearing a stylish pink sweatsuit.
Just before sharing an update about life after giving birth, Elsie announced that she and Pete had welcomed their baby girl.
Elsie announced the birth of her daughter on Instagram on December 18th, sharing that the baby arrived on December 12, 2025. She called her daughter her “perfect angel girl” and expressed overwhelming love, gratitude, and happiness.
Elsie shared a message from Pete, who used the announcement as an opportunity to shout out his hometown of Staten Island with the phrase, “Wu-Tang forever.”
Pete Davidson’s daughter has a name with special meaning, connecting her to both her parents. She’s named Scottie, after her father’s dad, Scott Davidson, who tragically passed away in the September 11th attacks. She also shares the middle name Rose with her mother.
Pete and Elise welcomed their baby girl, nine months after they first announced they were dating in March. Just four months after confirming their relationship, they shared the exciting news that they were expecting a child.
“Welp,” Elsie wrote in a July Instagram post, “now everyone knows we had sex.”
Even though everyone was aware of their playful antics, Pete had previously expressed how fortunate and joyful he was to finally become a father, fulfilling a long-held dream.
He told TopMob News in July that achieving this has been a lifelong dream. He explained that many people’s childhood aspirations fade with time, but his remained strong.
