Evan Peters Gives Update on American Horror Story With Ariana Grande

Evan Peters is getting into position for Ariana Grandeto join American Horror Story.

After it was revealed that the actress from Wicked: For Good will appear with the Emmy-winning actor in the thirteenth season of the show, he explained why having Ariana join the Ryan Murphy series is a positive thing.

Evan, who previously worked with Ariana on her music video “we can’t be friends,” told Will Marfuggi from TopMob News in an exclusive interview that he believes Ariana will be a great addition to the cast. He explained, “She’s an incredible performer and actress, and that’s going to be awesome.”

Evan Peters, who played the lead in Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, is excited about future projects with Ariana Grande—previously seen in Ryan Murphy’s Scream Queens—and other returning cast members like Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, and Emma Roberts. He’s especially curious to see how Ryan Murphy showcases Ariana’s many skills on television.

He shared his anticipation for the new season, saying he hadn’t read any scripts yet and was eager to find out what the storyline would be and what his character would be up to. He described it as a really exciting prospect.

Evan is collaborating with Ryan on a new show everyone will want to see. He shared his positive experience working with the acclaimed director on The Beauty, which features Ashton Kutcher and Rebecca Hall. The show will debut on Hulu and FX on January 21st at 9 p.m. Eastern Time.

Evan described Ryan as a fantastic collaborator. Even though Ryan has a clear idea of what he wants, he’s open to suggestions and genuinely values other people’s input.

He accidentally mentioned the new show while describing how they worked together, and commented, “That’s what’s great about it.”

What motivated Evan to take the lead role in The Beauty, a film he jokingly called an over-the-top mix of science fiction, satire, body horror, and action?

He admitted the lengthy action scenes and his role as an FBI agent fighting a corrupt company were definitely interesting.

Though The Beauty starts streaming on Hulu and FX on January 21st, you’ll have to wait until Halloween 2026 for season 13 of American Horror Story. In the meantime, here’s a look at some other new and upcoming shows.
