The acclaimed game developer Remedy Entertainment is enhancing two of its most popular titles to work with the improved upscaling technology of the PlayStation 5 Pro.
The highly-rated Alan Wake 2, which received a perfect score from Push Square, and the popular Control Ultimate Edition will both receive updates to support PSSR 2.
If you haven’t heard, Sony has completely revamped the AI technology that enhances image quality in its powerful system, and the improvement is remarkable in the game Resident Evil Requiem.
Remedy is improving the graphics in its older games to offer a significantly better visual experience. A future update later this month will also let players force the upgrade even in games that weren’t originally designed for it.
The PS5 Pro is quickly selling out after its recent upgrade, and it will be fascinating to see if other games can achieve the same impressive graphics as Capcom’s popular horror game.
Alan Wake 2 and Control Ultimate Edition are both fantastic games, making this a great opportunity to play or replay them.
