Since the next Call of Duty game coming out in 2025 will be another Black Ops title – making it the second one in just two years – we’re starting to get an idea of the rewards and challenges players will be able to unlock in the game.
Black Ops 7 will continue the tradition of including “Dark Ops” challenges. Completing these challenges unlocks some of the rarest Calling Cards. While not always the most difficult tasks, Dark Ops challenges are tricky because the game doesn’t tell you what you need to do to complete them.
Once players began experiencing the game, details quickly emerged. So, we’ve put together a list of all the Dark Ops challenges currently known in Black Ops 7.
I’ve begun compiling a list based on the Dark Ops challenges found in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 beta. As the full game launches on November 14, 2025, I expect this list to grow significantly as I explore the complete version.
Complete list of all Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Dark Ops challenges

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 offers three different ways to play – a story Campaign, competitive Multiplayer, and a cooperative Zombies mode – and each one features its own set of secret Dark Ops missions.
The sections listed below are currently empty, as the campaign won’t begin until the game is released.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Multiplayer Dark Ops challenges

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Zombies Dark Ops challenges

How to see your Black Ops 7 Dark Ops Calling Cards

After you finish a Dark Ops challenge, a message will appear on your screen telling you what you unlocked and giving you a quick look at the Calling Card you earned.
I recently figured out how to check out all the rewards I’ve unlocked from the Dark Ops challenges, plus all the other Calling Cards I’ve earned in Black Ops 7. You go to the Barracks section, and then look under the Customization options – that’s where they’re all stored.
Once you’ve earned some Calling Cards, you can select any of them to display in your profile’s showcase. You can also choose one to be your active Calling Card, which everyone will see while you’re playing games.
The newest installment in the Call of Duty series, Black Ops 7, will be released on November 14, 2025, for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC. Xbox players will be able to play across consoles and PC with the Play Anywhere feature, and the game will also be included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscriptions.
