SNK is releasing the next downloadable fighter for *Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves* this fall: the popular character Joe Higashi. This release marks the halfway point for the game’s first Season Pass. You can watch the gameplay trailer below.
Joe’s background in Muay Thai fits well with the King of Fighters tournament, but he’s recently been focused on making a movie. In Arcade Mode, you see him working on the film with its director, Cheng Sinzan. His story in Episodes of South Town shows how he first met his student, Preecha, who is new to the series.
Attendees at Tokyo Game Show will have a chance to play as Joe at the Samsung SSD booth from September 25th to 28th. We’ll share more information about when Joe will be released to everyone in the next few weeks.
You can now play *Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves* on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 & 5, and PC. We’ve already reviewed the original game – you can find our thoughts here. So far, Andy Bogard and Ken Masters (from *Street Fighter 6*) have been added as playable characters, with Chun-Li arriving this winter and Mr. Big coming early next year.
