Future Stars Academy is now available in FC 26, letting you develop promising young players into ultimate team legends.
Although the potential benefits are huge, the idea itself is really difficult to grasp.
Okay, so I was a little lost with the Future Stars Academy at first, but I’ve figured it all out! I’m sharing everything – the complete list of players and a breakdown of how to evolve them, so you can get up to speed too.

How does the Future Stars Academy work in FC 26: Evolving players explained
There are five stages to the Future Stars Academy Evo, and we’ll take you through it step by step.
Begin by using the Future Stars Academy Contract Evo on any player who qualifies. This will then allow you to apply additional Future Stars Academy Evos to that player.
Then, select a Debut Evolution card from the Future Stars Academy. If you finish all the objectives for it, you’ll get a player rated 86 Overall.
Now, choose the PlayStyles and Roles++ Evos that fit your player, and finish any related objectives.
After finishing those steps, you can use the Future Stars Academy First XI Evo to improve your player to an overall rating of 88, once you’ve completed all the required objectives.
Finally, complete the Future Stars Club Legend Evolution to maximize your player’s rating to 90 Overall.
New Evos are being released throughout the week, so if you haven’t seen one you’re looking for, it might not be available just yet.
Here’s the full Evo release schedule:
- Academy Contract – 30th January
- Debut (DEF/MID/ATK) – 30th January
- PlayStyle/Roles++ – 30th January/1st February
- First XI – Post-Debut
- Club Legend – 6th February
Okay, so if you were like me and wanted to get everything done with a friend, good news! They’re releasing another Future Stars Academy Contract Evo on February 6th. That means we can basically do the whole thing again, which… honestly, I’m kind of excited about!
