Okay, so I just saw some news about Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3! It sounds like Square Enix has been working on it since Rebirth came out earlier this year, which is awesome. They haven’t officially announced anything yet, but the rumor is we’re finally going to get some details next month. I’m so hyped to finally see how the story wraps up!
A new report suggests we’ll finally see Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3 revealed on June 5th, during the Summer Games Fest showcase. It’s expected to be a major announcement, and could even kick off or wrap up the entire presentation.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3 Release Date
The report also suggests a possible release window for Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3. It claims Square Enix is aiming for a launch between January and March of 2027. Given that four years passed between the original Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Rebirth (released in 2020 and 2024), 2027 seems a bit soon, but it’s not impossible.
A Reset Era leaker shared this information, so it’s important to remember it might not be correct. Even if it is accurate now, things could change. If Square Enix plans to reveal a game next month at Summer Games Fest, the reveal itself seems pretty certain based on this leak, but the game’s actual release date is still very much up in the air.
Square Enix hasn’t officially responded to this new information. We don’t anticipate they will, but we’ll update this story with any developments, even if Square Enix doesn’t release a statement.
