The creative director Tetsuya Nomura shared that the work on the last installment of the Final Fantasy VII Remake and Kingdom Hearts IV is going along ‘nicely’ during a recent stream for Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis’s 2nd anniversary celebration.
As a passionate fan, I’ve noticed that people often inquire about the third installment of the Final Fantasy VII Remake series. It seems that co-director Motomu Toriyama hinted during an interview that something might surface around the second anniversary of Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis. So, it appears these expectations are rooted there. Everything seems to be moving along splendidly in development, but I can’t reveal any more details just yet – or else, everyone would be caught off guard! (Laughs.)
Absolutely! Everything seems to be going very well, and we’ve already set a release date. At this moment, we’re working diligently based on that timeline. Please have confidence in us and bear with us during this process.
In addition, some commenters have mentioned this, but rest assured that ‘Kingdom Hearts IV’ is progressing as planned. So, keep an excited anticipation for its upcoming release.
As a die-hard Final Fantasy fan, I’m still waiting on the official word about what we can call the third installment of the remake of the legendary VII series, the platforms it will grace, and when I can mark my calendar for its release. Here’s hoping they drop that info soon!
The video game titled Kingdom Hearts IV unveiled in April 2022 recently released fresh snapshots during the month of May. As of now, neither the specific platforms it will be available on nor its official launch date have been disclosed.
