Arriving in our inbox is the Finding Emily trailer that’s not about Blunt, Ratajkowski, Watson or Atack but instead is a rom-com from the film makers behind Love Actually and the Bridget Jones franchise so its got a decent pedigree.
The story behind the Finding Emily trailer…
Finding Emily is the story about when a lovesick musician is given the wrong number for his dream girl, he teams up with a driven psychology student to find her. Together, they spark a hilarious campus-wide frenzy that tests their own hearts and ambitions along the way.
Those cast and crew people…
Starring Spike Fearn (whose star is on the rise after roles in The Batman and Alien Romulus) and Angourie Rice whose previous include the 2024 reboot of Mean Girls as well as the Tom Holland Spiderman films. The film is directed by Alicia MacDonald whose background is in short films and TV series and this is her debut feature film
The film is produced for Working Title by Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner, whose films, including About Time and Notting Hill among others and who have earned 14 Academy Awards® and six Best Picture nominations. The film is also produced by Olivier Kaempfer (Lollipop, Polite Society).
