
Fans have been waiting two years, but For All Mankind is returning for its fifth season! Apple TV+ released the trailer on Tuesday.
As a huge fan of For All Mankind, I’m thrilled to say Season 5 is coming! It’s got 10 brand new episodes of that amazing alternate history story created by Ronald D. Moore, Matt Wolpert, and Ben Nedivi, and they’re releasing one each Friday until May 29th. I’m already marking my calendar!
Season 5 of Apple TV+’s For All Mankind jumps ahead to the 2010s, following the events of the asteroid heist. The Mars colony, Happy Valley, has become a bustling home for thousands of people and a launching point for deeper space exploration. However, as Earth’s nations try to establish rules on Mars, tensions rise between the colonists and those back on Earth.

For All Mankind Finally Returns for Season 5
Season 5 of For All Mankind will bring back familiar faces like Joel Kinnaman, Toby Kebbell, Edi Gathegi, Cynthy Wu, Coral Peña, and Wrenn Schmidt. Joining them are new cast members Mireille Enos (known from The Killing and Hanna), Costa Ronin (The Americans, Homeland), Sean Kaufman (The Summer I Turned Pretty), Ruby Cruz (Bottoms), and Ines Asserson (Royalteen).
Wolpert and Nedivi lead the creative side of ‘For All Mankind’ as showrunners, and also serve as executive producers alongside Moore, Maril Davis (from Tall Ship Productions), Kira Snyder, David Weddle, Bradley Thompson, and Seth Edelstein. The series is produced by Sony Pictures Television for Apple TV.
