While Forza Horizon games are usually played solo, they offer fun ways to team up and explore with friends. Forza Horizon 6 is building on this by introducing new LINK Skills, making cooperative play even more engaging.
The basic idea is that you’ll get a reward for performing a driving skill, like drifting, with another player. If it works like the existing Skill Chains system, these new “LINK Skills” could give you more experience points, helping you level up your cars and profile faster. It remains to be seen, but it definitely encourages players in convoys to work together and coordinate their actions.
As we shared before, Car Meets let you gather with other players. In addition to meeting at the Horizon Festival location, Japan introduces two special spots: the renowned Daikoku in Tokyo and the Okuibuki Parking Lot in the mountains. Plus, you can join temporary Car Meets through the Live Program in the Festival Playlist.
It’s a fantastic way to connect with other players, team up in Convoys, and enjoy activities like Street Races and Time Attack circuits. Plus, there are now leaderboards specifically for Convoys!
Launching on May 19th for Xbox Series X/S and PC (with a PlayStation 5 version coming later this year), Forza Horizon 6 looks to be one of the best games in the series yet, offering tons of fun and features. You can find more information about new window decals here, and learn all about the new Treasure Cars at this link.
