Frostpunk 2 DLC ‘Breach of Trust’ announced

11 bit studios is releasing new downloadable content for Frostpunk 2 called “Breach of Trust” on June 23rd. It will be available on all platforms.

A story arc set in New Edinburgh.

This story follows the people of New Edinburgh, a city built near a volcano. The volcano has become unstable because the city used geothermal energy carelessly to power its main generator, and now New Edinburgh is in serious trouble.

Now that the Old Captain is gone and the city is in turmoil, you’re taking over as its leader. Just remember, people will regularly vote to see if they still support you. When things get really bad – if there’s widespread discontent and volcanic ash starts falling – the only safe place will be a settlement near a frozen lake.

With crisis approaching, will you build trust or fuel conflict? Even from destruction, people can come together and find strength.
