The Ghost of Yōtei: Legends expansion is now available, and it can be a challenging co-op experience, particularly on higher difficulty levels, for those familiar with the original game. While Sucker Punch Productions hasn’t fixed some enemy balance issues, a recent update does include a variety of other improvements.
Now, active Challenge Cards will appear on a leaderboard, so you can easily track your progress and see how much time you have left to improve your score. We’ve also enabled Quickplay for Survival Missions by default, which should make it much faster and easier to find matches if you enjoy that game mode.
Spirit Kunai’s effects will now combine with similar weapon bonuses. We’ve also tweaked how often you find Caltrops, Ultimate Charge items, ammo, and Spirit energy. Shadow Flaming Arrows will now reliably set enemies on fire. Plus, you’ll get more rewards when you break down gear, giving you extra resources for upgrades and rerolls.
Players who depend on the Archer’s powerful True Aim Yumi ability will find one of their key advantages weakened, as Ultimate Gain has been substantially reduced in effectiveness.
