Fans of the show Ghosts can now tour the location used for filming the new movie, The Possession of Button House, thanks to West Horsley Place.
Since 2019, the popular BBC comedy has been filmed at an estate in Surrey. The estate’s grand manor house has served as the setting for Alison (Charlotte Ritchie) and Mike’s (Kiell Smith-Bynoe) somewhat rundown home.
Fans are thrilled to hear that the cast and crew of Ghosts are reuniting to film a feature-length movie called The Possession of Button House.
A small group of fans will have the chance to visit the filming set on either Saturday, March 21st, or Sunday, March 22nd, 2026. Please note that these are the only available dates, so ensure you’re free before entering the contest!
West Horsley Place is welcoming 100 lucky winners for a special visit over two days. Each winner can bring themselves and up to three guests with their ticket.

Please note that the actors from Ghosts won’t be available during the tour because they are currently on a filming break. Also, to avoid revealing any details about the new season, photography won’t be permitted.
You can enter the competition online at the West Horsley Place website for £25 until Sunday, March 15th at midnight. If you prefer, you can also enter for free by sending a postal entry. We’ll announce the winners within 48 hours of the entry deadline.
The contest is for people 18 and older who live in the UK. However, winners can bring guests of any age, so even young fans of Ghosts can attend with a responsible adult.
Tours should take approximately 90 minutes to two hours. Time slots will be scheduled throughout the day, starting at 9:30am and ending at 4:15pm.
Organizers announced that every ticket purchase will directly support the charitable work at West Horsley Place, helping to maintain and preserve this historic building.
We’re excited to offer a rare look at something wonderful. West Horsley Place wants to share this special occasion with the people who have supported its history.
Full terms and conditions for the prize draw can be found on the West Horsley Place website.
The team behind Ghosts revealed they’re making another series late last week, ending months of rumors. The new episodes will feature a completely fresh script written by the show’s original creators: Mathew Baynton, Simon Farnaby, Martha Howe-Douglas, Jim Howick, Laurence Rickard, and Ben Willbond.
Lolly Adefope, Charlotte Ritchie, and Kiell Smith-Bynoe are returning as their beloved characters, and the film will also feature exciting new cast members. It’s being described as a deeply moving story about life and death.
