God of War: Sons of Sparta’s Latest Update Promises Fixes for Its Nasty Save Issues

The unexpectedly successful release of God of War: Sons of Sparta, a spin-off title from Sony, is likely providing valuable player feedback to its developer, Mega Cat Studios.

Since the game launched, the team has consistently released updates to fix bugs and improve the overall experience for players.

We’ve been hearing reports of players losing their game progress, which is understandably frustrating. The good news is that the latest update (version 1.007.000) includes a fix designed to resolve this issue and prevent lost progress.

Mega Cat Studios has updated the game to fix issues with save files. According to their official notes, they’ve improved the save system to prevent lost progress or unexpected rollbacks caused by taking screenshots.

Hopefully this will put an end to any data loss.
