
The TV series based on the video game God of War has found its actor to play the character Atreus, with Amazon and PlayStation Productions making the casting announcement.
Callum Vinson, who you may recognize from Long Bright River and the Chucky TV show, will play the character.
The upcoming God of War series will adapt the story from the Norse mythology games, focusing on Kratos and his son, Atreus. Together, they travel to fulfill the final wish of Atreus’s mother and Kratos’s wife, Faye, by scattering her ashes.
This announcement is the newest in a series of updates about the actors joining the project. Vinson will play a role alongside Ryan Hurst, who will portray Kratos, and several other characters have now been cast.
