Alright gamers, it’s update time for *Gran Turismo 7*! Polyphony Digital just dropped update 1.63, and it’s a good one. It goes live tonight at 10 PM PDT and adds five awesome new cars to the garage. We’re talking the ’25 Mazda Spirit Racing Roadster 12R, a classic ’74 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40V, the super sporty ’23 Hyundai Elantra N, the ’20 Toyota RAV4 Adventure, and the really cool Opel Corsa GSW Vision Gran Turismo. Time to start saving those credits!
Gran Turismo Sport is adding five new races to its World Circuits, including the Sunday Cup at Sardegna, the Japanese FR Challenge 450 at Suzuka, the Race of Turbo Sportscars at Watkins Glen, the Vision Gran Turismo Trophy at Nürburgring, and the World Touring Car 700 at Alsace. The game’s Scapes mode has also been updated with a new featured curation, ‘Sol de la Mañana,’ showcasing the landscapes of Potosi, Bolivia – a region famous for its geothermal energy.
You can play *Gran Turismo 7* on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, and it’s also compatible with PlayStation VR2 for a fully immersive experience. Read our review of the original game, and find out more about all the updates and improvements that have been added after its release here.
