Yet, amidst this sorrow, there exists a legacy woven with generosity and kindness. He made people feel recognized. He granted permission to feel deeply and laugh through hardships. The passing of a cherished family member, such as a parent or a very close relative, is seldom an easy experience. Consequently, the sorrow that follows can touch multiple aspects of one’s life. Remarkably, it’s heartening to observe Zak Williams (41), whose siblings are Zelda (35) and Cody (32), dedicate time not only to dealing with his personal distress but also extending a helping hand to those who may find themselves in similar circumstances.
