Gritty FPS Ready or Not Ruled the PS Store in July 2025

In July 2025, it’s not surprising at all that Ready or Not dominated the PlayStation Store, given that console sales had reached over two million units globally and the PS5 was expected to hold a significant portion of that market share.

Sony recently revealed their top-selling digital games for the previous month, and there were not many unexpected hits on their latest generation console.

In North America, EA Sports College Football 26 led the way, closely followed by Ready or Not. Given that high school sports are not as widely appreciated in Europe, an intense First-Person Shooter game emerged victorious in its place.

In Europe, both Rematch and Forza Horizon 5 maintained strong sales performances, with Rematch taking third place and Forza Horizon 5 coming in fifth. Meanwhile, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers showed impressive results, claiming the eighth spot, narrowly missing breakout hit Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 by a single position.

In North America, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and 4 had a robust launch, debuting at the 6th spot (ranked 16th in Europe). Conversely, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach ended up in 11th place on both sides of the Atlantic.
