Guide: These 18+ New PS5, PS4 Games Are Coming Out Next Week (13th-19th April)

It’s another fairly big week on the PS Store next week, headlined by one huge addition in Pragmata.

However, there are other great games worth checking out too. We also recommend Mouse P.I. For Hire, a fast-paced first-person shooter, and Hades 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the popular roguelike.

Here’s everything coming out next week.

New PS5, PS4 Games Next Week (13th-19th April)

  • Before I Go (13th April – PS5): “Explore the haunting, dreamlike fantasy world of BEFORE I GO, a punishing Metroidvania where you embody the innocence of an inner child on an allegorical odyssey towards death acceptance. The end is inevitable, but will you brave the journey?”
  • Gunboat God (13th April – PS5): “Gunboat Goddamn! Get ready to shoot quickly, dodge even faster, and get to blasting in a chaotic 2D side scrolling shoot ‘em up featuring guns, a whole boatload of freakin’ enemies, and rad tricks. It’s up to you to get the hull out of this unknown place to get back to the Citadel in the sky. Here’s to hoping you’ve got a plan to go with that Gunboat!”
  • Dosa Divas: One Last Meal (14th April – PS5): “Outerloop Games delivers Dosa Divas – a spicy narrative turn-based RPG. After years apart, sisters Samara and Amani journey with their ancient spirit-mech on a mission to defeat a rotten fast food empire and reconnect communities with their traditions.   • Hades 2 (14th April – PS5): “The first-ever sequel from Supergiant Games builds on the best aspects of the original god-like rogue-like dungeon crawler in an all-new, action-packed, endlessly replayable experience rooted in the Underworld of Greek myth and its deep connections to the dawn of witchcraft.”
  • Parasol Superstars (14th April – PS5, PS4): “In this critically acclaimed Taito classic, available on modern consoles for the first time, the now-transformed Bubby and Bobby embark on a mission to save their neighboring planets. But this time, instead of blowing bubbles, our favorite duo swings colorful parasols filled with magical powers.”
  • Cleaning Up (15th April – PS5, PS4): “Make mountains of trash disappear in seconds, and enjoy the satisfying feeling of turning messy spaces into organized and clean environments. This is a simple cozy game to unwind with, and spark some joy.”
  • Pengilo (15th April – PS5, PS4): “A chill world of puzzling challenges awaits in Pengilo, a physics-driven platformer where you fling a bouncy penguin through charming winter landscapes. Across 50 levels, collect stars and grab the key to unlock the exit, mastering precision launches to escape every frosty challenge!”
  • Cthulhu: Cosmic Abyss (16th April – PS5): “2053. Across the globe, the occult threat grows ever more blatant, and strange, incomprehensible events multiply. As the Earth’s surface resources dwindle, powerful corporations turn to the uncharted depths of the oceans, unaware of the ancient horror they are about to awaken.”
