Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton know they’re cool.

Despite rumors about trouble in their four-year marriage, the couple seemed happy and relaxed while grocery shopping together at Eataly in Los Angeles.

For the December 9th event, 56-year-old Gwen embraced a country-inspired style, wearing relaxed cowboy boots and worn-in denim. She completed the outfit with a basic white t-shirt, a tan wool jacket, and a coordinating sherpa bag.

Blake, 49, dressed casually for the occasion in a green button-down shirt, jeans, and a trucker hat.

I saw Pharrell Williams – you know, the guy who sings “Happy” – out with Gwen Stefani the other day! He was actually pushing an orange shopping cart alongside her, and was a total gentleman helping her load all their groceries into a black SUV. It was a pretty sweet, down-to-earth moment, honestly.

Gwen and Blake will probably be doing a lot more traveling—and shopping—this holiday season. They’re planning to spend time both in Los Angeles and at Blake’s home in Oklahoma.

Blake is happy that Gwen, whom he met in 2014 while working together as coaches on The Voice, has adapted to life in the countryside. He told TopMob News in 2023, “I wouldn’t say she’s become a ‘country girl,’ but I think we’re seeing a new side of her.”

In fact, Gwen has developed a green thumb since making a home in the Sooner State.

It might sound a little unexpected, but Blake and I actually bonded over gardening. We share a home in Oklahoma, and during the pandemic, we discovered this really old building on our property. The coolest thing was finding some purple irises growing there – someone must have planted them ages ago, and they’ve somehow managed to survive all this time!

Okay, so I have to admit, I think he’s really attractive! But honestly, it’s a little wild that we were both going through the same thing at the exact same time. What’s been amazing through all of this is the support I’ve gotten from so many people. It’s not even about them telling me their problems, but just sharing what they’ve experienced. After a painful breakup—at least for me—you need to express your feelings and seek support. I was really struggling, at my lowest point, and Gwen Stefani helped me through it. It’s hard to imagine anyone else understanding what it’s like to go through a very public divorce from another musician, as she did.

Growing up in Orange County, California, was very different from life in the Midwest – my childhood revolved around the beach. So, getting to experience a ranch in Oklahoma has been completely new and wonderful for me. It’s been an amazing experience.

Gwen told Ellen DeGeneres that she’s a big fan of weddings and that everyone, including her kids, adores Blake. She described him as incredibly lovable and said she often thinks about their marriage.

He described it as being caught just as he was about to fall, and said he’d never felt so supported by another person.
