I’m so excited – Hazbin Hotel is back! Season two just dropped on Amazon Prime Video, and it’s incredible. We’re finally getting to see the backstories of characters we already love, like Sir Pentious and the Radio Demon, which has been a huge treat. But honestly, the success of this season is more than just good ratings – it’s absolutely breaking records in all sorts of ways, and it’s amazing to watch this show really take off!
The animated series Hazbin Hotel is currently a top ten hit on Amazon Prime in fifty countries, which isn’t surprising given its popularity – it was even recognized by Guinness World Records as one of the most in-demand animated shows recently. Beyond its streaming success, the show’s music is also making waves. Currently, Hazbin Hotel songs hold the top three spots on the US Apple iTunes chart: “Piss (A Love Song)” at number one, “Don’t You Forget (Reprise)” at number two, and “Clean It Up!” at number three. This demonstrates how quickly the show has gained a large and dedicated following.
The Hellaverse Expands

With the huge success of Hazbin Hotel, it’s no surprise Amazon is investing heavily in this universe. Not only is season three on its way, but they’ve already started working on season four! Alongside Hazbin Hotel is Helluva Boss, another animated series set in the same world. Helluva Boss is also confirmed to have four seasons, though the story of I.M.P. will conclude at that point. We at egmr.ru recently spoke with creator Vivienne Medrano about an upcoming crossover event that will bring these two shows together in an unexpected way.
We’re still working out the details of how a crossover between Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss will look,” Medrano shared. “I can say that crossover elements will happen, and I’m really excited about it. I’m not sure what fans are hoping for, but now that the two shows can share characters and settings, you’ll definitely see it. While there’s no firm date yet, it will likely happen before Helluva Boss concludes. Charlie and Blitzo actually met briefly to announce Helluva Boss‘s move to Amazon Prime Video, and it already feels like these two series complement each other perfectly.
