Help Vampires Find Mental Wellbeing in the BAFTA-Nominated Vampire Therapist on PS5, PS4

Little Bat Games, the creators of the popular visual novel Vampire Therapist, are bringing the game to consoles.

Ultimate Games will release the game on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on February 17, 2026, following its initial release on PC around a year and a half prior.

Here’s a trailer from the PC launch to give you the gist:

You take on the role of Sam, a former gunslinger from the Wild West who is now a vampire trying to help other vampires with their problems.

I’m really excited about Vampire Therapist because it actually uses ideas from real therapy! The game is built around something called “cognitive distortions,” which are basically just unhelpful thought patterns. You play as the therapist and help your clients figure out when their thoughts aren’t based in reality – it’s a really clever concept!

Despite dealing with potentially sensitive topics, the story maintains a generally upbeat and humorous feel, featuring vampires from different eras who provide engaging conversation.

The game features voice acting from well-known performers like Matt Mercer (famous for Critical Role and many other projects), Fancesca Meaux (known for her work in Hades and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth), and Cyrus Nemati (who also voiced characters in Hades and Pyre).

Vampire Therapist is getting great reviews and is very popular on Steam, so it’s definitely a game to watch out for when it releases on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
