As a huge Marvel fan, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about the new *Marvel Zombies* series! Everyone wants to know how many episodes there are and when they’re dropping. It’s an animated show directed by Bryan Andrews and Zeb Wells, and it’s actually a spin-off from *What If…?* – specifically, it picks up the story from that awesome ‘What If… Zombies?!’ episode. Basically, it follows a group of familiar MCU heroes as they desperately try to survive a zombie outbreak and save the world.

With only four episodes, Marvel Zombies is one of Marvel Animation and Marvel Studios’ shortest animated series, tied with Eyes of Wakanda. Other Marvel animated shows, such as X-Men ’97, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, and What If…?, have featured more episodes.

Additionally, *Marvel Zombies* is the first animated series created by Marvel Studios to earn a TV-MA rating, meaning it’s intended for mature audiences.
