Okay, so I just saw some news that Merle Dandridge is going to be in Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet! That’s awesome – she’s a really talented actress, and this game is looking like a big deal on PS5. I’m even more hyped for it now!
The actress, famous for playing Marlene in The Last of Us game and the TV series based on it, was pictured wearing a motion capture suit by Neil Druckmann, the head of the game developer Naughty Dog.
He captioned the photo with: “Merle Dandridge is an intergalactic treasure.” He added, with little subtlety, that it was an understatement.
Fans can look forward to seeing Troy Baker, the actor who famously played Joel in The Last of Us, join the cast. While it’s exciting to know he’ll be involved, details about the characters Troy Baker and Laura Bailey Dandridge will play are still unknown.
Tati Gabrielle, known for her role in the movie Uncharted, will be playing the main character, Jordan A. Mun.
People are speculating that the highly awaited PS5 game is currently planned to release in 2027, and we expect to hear more details in the next few months.
