IO Interactive’s 007 First Light is proving to be a hit! Data from the PlayStation Store shows it was the best-selling game on both PS5 and PS4 digital stores in May, marking a strong start for this James Bond origin story.
Sony monitors download numbers across the United States, Canada, and Europe, and publishes these findings in its monthly reports.
Despite being available for only five days in May 2026, 007 First Light quickly became the best-selling game. In its first 24 hours, 1.5 million copies were sold.
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight was the second best-selling PS5 game in May. While there was discussion about how well Saros performed when it launched, in May 2026 it ranked as the 9th most downloaded game in the US and Canada, and 13th in Europe.
