Janel Parrish and her husband, Chris Long, have been living separately for several months, according to a source close to the situation, after nearly eight years of marriage.

TopMob News reached out to Janel’s rep but has not yet heard back. 

Janel and Chris, who works as a chemical engineer, got married in Hawaii in 2018 after dating for two years. In September, Chris, 41, marked their seventh wedding anniversary with a post on Instagram that has since been removed, according to TMZ.

Although Janel, 37, hasn’t posted about their past relationship in over a year, she once lovingly marked their third anniversary by sharing wedding photos.

In a post from 2021, Janel celebrated her third wedding anniversary, writing that marrying her partner was the simplest and greatest choice she’d ever made, and expressing her love for them.

She also posted some fun photos of them together on his birthday, calling him her “hunky husband.”

Along with pictures that captured their personalities and affection, Janel commented that the then-36-year-old looked great after all those years.

Even though the couple didn’t often talk about their seven-year marriage, the actress from To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before had previously described how their relationship began like a fairytale.

In 2018, Janel told US Weekly how fortunate she felt to have found her husband, calling him her “dream man.” She described their wedding in Hawaii, surrounded by loved ones, as a dream come true.

Indeed, the Hallmark star was head over heels. 

She described him as her soulmate and best friend. ‘I just feel like he truly gets me,’ she said, ‘and I know I can always count on him, even when I’m going through a really tough time.’

Even when he doesn’t immediately get what I mean, the fact that he makes an effort really means a lot to me.
