Jason Sudeikis has got nothing to hide about his love life.
Jason Sudeikis, known for his role in Ted Lasso, has confirmed he’s currently single, nearly six years after separating from Olivia Wilde, with whom he shares two children, Otis, 12, and Daisy, 9. He acknowledges that being single has both good and bad moments, but he’s not looking to start a new relationship quickly.
Jason shared on the June 2nd episode of the Friends Keep Secrets podcast that he’s not interested in dating multiple people right now. He said the idea feels too stressful and isn’t something he’d enjoy.
And much of that comes from being a parent, as his kids are always going to be his main priority.
As the saying goes in the entertainment industry, the people I’m dating always come second to my children,” the 50-year-old explained. “My kids always come first.”
He continued, saying that it’s even more true for him than for others. As you get older, you realize you need to take care of yourself first so you have enough energy and resources to help those around you.
He’s open to having more children in the future, and would especially consider it if he found someone he loved.
The former Saturday Night Live cast member recently shared details about his past relationship, nearly six years after he and Olivia ended their seven-year engagement in November 2020.
As Jason mentioned before about their breakup, he hoped he’d eventually understand it better with time.
He told GQ in 2021 that over time, his perspective on the situation would change. He predicted that in a year he’d have some clarity, even more in two years, and a complete understanding in five. Eventually, he said, it would fade from being a significant part of his life story to just a small detail, then a single thought, and finally, almost forgotten.
He explained that when something goes wrong, you either grow from it or try to justify it. It’s important to own your part in what happened and be accountable, but also to look for deeper lessons beyond what’s immediately apparent.
After breaking up with Olivia, Jason dated Keeley Hazell, who starred in Ted Lasso, from 2021 to 2022. In 2024, there were also reports that he was seeing Elsie Hewitt.

Some mischief was had in March 2019.
In a video shared in April 2019, a brother and sister who both skate were seen playing together. The person who shared the video wrote a playful caption saying she loves spending time with them, especially if she brings snacks, and wished them a Happy National Siblings Day.
The actress teased, “She looks like she just realized she crawled in bed with the wrong woman.”
For National Daughter Day in 2020, Olivia lovingly described Daisy as more than just a hero – she called her “my superhero times infinity plus a million!”
“It’s been a Frozen summer,” Olivia simply wrote in July 2019.
The pair were all smiles for a sweet day out.
The Booksmart director shared, “My favorite nap lap.”
Olivia shared a photo from a London museum with a playful caption: “My people. (Just wondering: how many washes can an Elsa dress withstand before it unleashes icy powers, causes an ice age, or simply falls apart?).”
In September 2020, Olivia jokingly pointed out that everyone seemed to be focused on everything else but how the stuffed animals were coping.
