Now, Yuka faces off against Dabura in a duel that could prevent a full-scale war and stop the Simurians from gaining too much control over humanity.
Because Dabura is established as a powerful character in Jujutsu Kaisen, viewers were quick to wonder how Yuka could possibly win. Many predicted Yuka would recover Yuta’s ring and team up with Rika, but the actual outcome was a surprising twist with major implications for the story.

Chapter 15 of Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo kicked off the fight between Yuka and Dabura with a surprising twist. As soon as Yuka arrived, it was revealed her cursed technique is actually Ten Shadows, and she immediately summoned Mahoraga to battle Dabura.
Mahoraga has always been known as one of the most powerful creatures in Jujutsu Kaisen, and even Gojo and Sukuna had a very difficult time fighting it. So, when Yuka summons Mahoraga, it really shows how much trouble she’s in and just how dangerous Dabura is.
Beyond that, the return of a major character is especially exciting for fans of the original series. While Modulo has generally avoided bringing back too many familiar faces – which has worked well – this connection beautifully highlights the link between the two stories, and we’re eager to see how it develops in the future.
Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo’s Big Twist Proves It’s In The Endgame
When Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo was announced, it was intended to be a brief series of around three volumes. However, the story seemed to be progressing slowly, making it difficult to imagine how it could conclude so quickly. Some fans even speculated that the series might be extended beyond its initial plan.
We don’t yet know how Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo will conclude, but Yuka summoning Mahoraga to battle Dabura is a huge turning point. Given the current story, it’s clear we’ve entered the final arc, and the fight with Dabura is the beginning of the story’s climax.
