It will recap the major events of the Shibuya Incident Arc and include the first two episodes of the next season. A new clip showcasing a fight between Yuji Itadori and Yuta Okkotsu offers a preview of what’s to come, but it will only be available online until November 10th, so be sure to watch it quickly!
What to Know for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3
Fans of Jujutsu Kaisen can look forward to the start of Season 3, Culling Game Part 1, in Japan around January as part of the Winter 2026 anime lineup. While an exact release date hasn’t been announced yet, viewers will get a sneak peek with the movie Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution, coming to North American theaters on December 5th. The movie will recap the Shibuya Incident and include the first two episodes of the new season, available with English dubbing or original Japanese audio.
GKIDS is offering a special IMAX screening of Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution on December 3rd, before its wider release. This event will be held at 100 IMAX theaters nationwide for one day only. What’s Coming in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3?
The latest preview hints at an epic battle between Yuji and Yuta, mirroring the exciting cliffhanger from season two. The new season of Jujutsu Kaisen will adapt the Culling Game arc from the original manga, bringing in a fresh set of characters—both allies and enemies—who will compete in a dangerous tournament created by Kenjaku.
Following the events of the Shibuya Incident, his plan is moving forward with a fresh surge of Cursed Spirits. Many previously defeated spirits are being reborn, creating new problems in the present. This sets the stage for a relentless series of battles and marks the beginning of the story’s final arc.
