Kate Middleton knows in all things of nature there is something marvelous.
Celebrating her 44th birthday, the princess expressed her appreciation for nature, sharing how being outdoors has brought her comfort and a sense of calm.
Oh my gosh, did you hear what Kate said? It was just… everything. She was talking about winter, but it felt like she was talking to me. She said even when things are tough, when it’s cold and dark, winter forces you to slow down, to be patient, and really think. She described seeing your reflection in the water, like you can finally see who you truly are, and feel connected to everything around you. It was so poetic and beautiful, I honestly got chills! It’s like she understands exactly what I’m feeling, and puts it into words so perfectly. I’ve replayed that part of the video like a million times!
I’ve been thinking about how thankful I am. It’s like a release – letting go of fears, finding peace with sadness, and truly understanding what it means to live and connect with the natural world. Nature is a gentle guide, reminding us of our memories and helping us heal.
In the video, Kate, who announced she was in remission from cancer in January 2025, is shown walking in natural settings, including beside a stream and during peaceful evenings.
This video is the “Winter” installment of Kate’s new series, which she calls “The Mother Nature series.”

As a mom myself, I always appreciate a heartfelt message, and Kate – who shares three wonderful children, George, Charlotte, and Louis, with Prince William – recently shared a beautiful thank you to everyone. She expressed her gratitude for all the kindness and support she’s received, and how much it means to her and her family. It’s lovely to see her acknowledge the positive energy people send their way!
She also shared a poignant reminder of the joy that can come amid life’s quietest moments.
She described working on the project as a very personal and creative process, explaining that it helped her own healing while also exploring how nature and creativity can help others heal together.
She ended her post by saying we have a lot to gain by learning from nature as we strive for a better, healthier world, and signed it simply with “C.”
Kate recently shared thoughts on her healing process, following a Christmas message where she looked back on the challenges and joys of the past year.
Speaking on the ITV holiday special Royal Carols: Together at Christmas on December 24th, she noted that during times when life feels disconnected or unstable, the Christmas season reminds us to connect with each other through kindness, empathy, and optimism.

Kate, mother to Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7, with her husband Prince William, also expressed her gratitude to the public. She thanked everyone for their warmth, kindness, and the positive impact they have on others.
She also shared a poignant reminder of the joy that can come amid life’s quietest moments.
She explained that the true meaning of Christmas is found in everyday acts of love and kindness. It’s not about big, showy displays, but about small, meaningful moments – truly listening to someone, offering a comforting word, having a friendly chat, lending a hand, or simply being present. These small gestures may seem insignificant, but they create the beautiful connections that make up our lives.

Camilla revealed on BBC Radio 4’s Today program that she was attacked on a train when she was a teenager. She said she had largely forgotten the incident, but remembered feeling very angry at the time.
She revealed the perpetrator was a stranger.
Camilla, speaking with BBC’s John Hunt and his daughter Amy about gender-based violence, recounted an experience from her past. She explained that she was reading when a man she didn’t know attacked her, and she defended herself. She vividly remembers getting off the train and her mother noticing something was wrong – her hair was disheveled and a button was missing from her coat.
Honestly, hearing her talk about it… it just broke my heart. She said she was attacked, but what really stuck with me was how she described feeling afterwards. It wasn’t just sadness, it was pure, burning anger. She said that anger didn’t just disappear, it stayed with her, hidden away, for years. It’s like, the attack happened, but the rage… the rage was a whole other thing that just simmered beneath the surface for so long. I can’t even imagine carrying that around with you.

Following Prince Andrew’s decision to step down as Duke of York, King Charles III announced further changes: Prince Andrew will also lose his home at Royal Lodge and no longer be known as a Prince.
Buckingham Palace announced today that King Charles has begun the official process of removing Prince Andrew’s royal titles and honors. He will now be known simply as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor.

Prince Andrew, the younger brother of King Charles III, has announced he will no longer use the title Duke of York. This decision comes amid ongoing public concern about his association with the late Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender.
After talking with The King and my family, I’ve decided that the ongoing accusations against me are taking attention away from the important work of His Majesty and the Royal Family,” Prince Andrew said in a statement. “As I’ve always done, I’m prioritizing my family and country. Therefore, I stand by my decision to step back from public duties, which I made five years ago.”
Andrew stated that, with the King’s approval, he would go even further in addressing the situation. He announced he was giving up his royal title and any honors he’d received. He also reaffirmed that he strongly denied the allegations made against him.

I was surprised to see that Prince William, Kate, and their children – George, Charlotte, and Louis – weren’t at the Easter service at Windsor Castle this year. It’s a big event for the family, so their absence was definitely noticeable!
