Here is an overview of the game, via Ember Lab:
About
Kena: Bridge of Spirits is an action-packed adventure game with a heartwarming story. Players explore a beautiful world and engage in quick, exciting battles. A key part of the game involves collecting and developing small spirit creatures called Rot, which help enhance your powers and allow you to interact with the environment in creative ways.
I’m playing as Kena, a Spirit Guide, and I’ve arrived at this really cool but totally abandoned village. I’m on a mission to find this sacred shrine up in the mountains, but the place is covered in forest and full of lost spirits. It’s like this whole community just vanished, and I’m trying to figure out what happened while dealing with all these wandering ghosts. It’s a bit of a mystery, honestly.
Find the Rot
Shy, fleeting spirits wander the forest, quietly working to break down dead plants and animals, which helps keep the ecosystem healthy and balanced.
Key Features
- Build Your Team – Find and collect Rot to gain powerful abilities, make discoveries, and transform the environment.
- Explore – A forgotten village and a strange curse. Draw on the power of the Spirit Realm to restore this once-majestic world.
- Fast-Paced Combat – Spirits have become corrupt, trapped and unable to move on, challenging Kena at every turn.
