Kevin Jonas Debuts Ripped Body Transformation in Shirtless Gym Video

Danielle Jonas is putting her pom poms up for Kevin Jonas.

Nick Jonas, one of the Jonas Brothers, recently revealed a dramatically fitter physique. He shares two daughters, Alena, 12, and Valentina, 9, with his wife, Danielle, who is impressed with his transformation.

Danielle shared a video on Instagram Stories May 15th of Kevin working out, and playfully noted the release of her song ‘Little Things’ alongside his impressive abs.

The music video for Kevin’s new song features him working out at the gym shirtless, wearing only black joggers and gray sneakers.

It’s obvious Kevin also has strong feelings for Danielle. He even wrote the song “Little Things” as a tribute to the wonderful aspects of his 16-year marriage.

Kevin described his relationship with Danielle as continuing beautifully, telling People magazine that they have a lot to look forward to. He mentioned three significant milestones coming up: Danielle’s birthday this year, his own birthday next year, and their 20th wedding anniversary in 2029, which he found amazing to consider.

I share all my new songs with her, and she’s really good at recognizing a hit,” the singer of “Sucker” explained. “I told her one of them was written about her, but I’d kept it a surprise, and she was thrilled.

What did their daughters think of the song, especially the suggestive line about getting steamy in the shower?

“They really liked it,” she said. “The bit about making the shower steamy… I’m not sure they fully got the joke, but my wife and I definitely enjoyed that part!”

And nearly two decades later, keeping the spark alive in his marriage has never been easier. 

Kevin shared with TopMob News in 2023 that the key to his and Danielle’s strong relationship is simply being fully present with each other. They make a point of communicating openly and talking frequently, even on the phone. He admits it might sound unusual, but he says it’s easy when you’re with someone you consider your best friend.

He admitted marriage can be challenging, with moments that require effort and compromise. However, he also felt it wasn’t overwhelmingly difficult.

Kevin was clearly smitten with his newborn daughter, Valentina, born in October 2016. He announced her arrival on Twitter, writing, “Say hello to my newest love, Valentina.”

Before his daughter Valentina was born, Kevin shared that he’d always dreamed of having two girls. He recalled a conversation with his wife, where she questioned why he felt that way. He explained on the 2016 SiriusXM show Nigel Barker’s Gentleman’s Code that he’d spent his whole life around boys and wanted to be surrounded by girls for a change.

Nick wished his niece Alena a happy birthday on Instagram, sharing that she brings joy to his life and that he loves her very much.

It seems a passion for music is a family trait! Joe posted a sweet photo back in 2018 of his nieces or daughters giving him a piano lesson.

Kevin shared with TopMob News that he was “overjoyed” when he found out his wife, Danielle, was pregnant. He described it as the most exciting moment of his life, admitting he’s both thrilled and a little anxious about becoming a father.
