
Break out the celebratory cosmos… Kim Cattrall is married!
Kristin Davis, known for her role in Sex and the City, married Russell Thomas in a small, private ceremony in London on December 4th. Only 12 guests were present, according to photos published by People magazine.
Kim looked beautiful on her wedding day at Chelsea Old Town Hall. She wore a stunning Dior suit with a white blazer and a tulle midi skirt, completing the look with a flower-adorned hat by Philip Treacy and matching white heels. She also carried a lovely all-white bouquet and wore Cornelia James gloves.
Russell, age 55, chose a tailored black suit from Richard James for the occasion. He completed the look with a white shirt and gold tie, complementing his wife.
Kim and Russell first connected in 2016 when Kim, known for her role in Ice Princess, was a guest on the BBC radio program Woman’s Hour. Russell, who worked as a sound engineer for the BBC at the time, contacted her online soon after their initial meeting.
Kim told Glamour in 2018 that he contacted her directly through a private message. She described it as a very contemporary way of communicating and said it had been a smooth and effortless experience.
Eventually, they decided to meet up in person, with Russell soon going to visit Kim in Vancouver.
The actress told People magazine in 2020 that it took courage for him to approach her, as they had only shared a few meals together before. Thankfully, they connected immediately and have been a couple ever since!

The couple has generally kept their relationship private since they fell in love, but Kim recently shared what she believes makes them a good match.
She told People magazine that she feels very at ease with him. She described him as lively and funny, adding that she also finds him attractive.
The actress, who had been married three times before – to Larry Davis (1977-1979), Andre J. Lyson (1982-1989), and Mark Levinson (1998-2004) – believed Russell’s vibrant energy came from his life experiences.
Kim described him as someone who’s lived a fascinating life and always stayed true to himself. She added, ‘He’s a bit of a rebel, and I really admire that.’
