Previously, Toby Huss had brought Kahn to life across all thirteen seasons, but with this comeback, it was Ronnie Chieng who took over the role. Despite Toby no longer portraying Kahn, he got an opportunity to step into a new character – Dale – following the unfortunate demise of Johnny Hardwick, the original voice actor for that part.
