Kourtney Kardashian is keeping up with these rumors—and shutting them down.

In response to rumors suggesting she might be expecting, the celebrity from the Kardashian family playfully refuted them by posting a swimsuit selfie during her holiday in Portofino, Italy.

Kourtney expressed in her July 17 Instagram post that rather than planning for another baby, she’s currently enjoying breastfeeding, indulging in ice cream, bread, pasta, taking a break from workouts, and living life to the fullest!

Known for her reality television appearances, this woman is currently cherishing the postpartum phase of her life, having given birth to her 20-month-old son, Rocky Thirteen Barker, with her husband Travis Barker. She also shares three children – Mason Disick (15), Penelope Disick (13), and Reign Disick (10) – with her former partner Scott Disick. Each pregnancy has taught her the importance of embracing life’s simple joys.

She emphasized on the Poosh site that what truly matters is paying attention to your body and making choices for yourself, rather than striving to meet unattainable societal expectations about physical appearance. She shared that her own fitness journey didn’t kick off until Reign was around 4 months old, at which point she felt motivated to get into the best shape possible.

After the birth of a new baby, the founder of Lemme, who is also a stepmother to Travis and Shanna Moakler’s children Landon Barker (age 21), Alabama Barker (age 19), and Atiana De La Hoya (age 26), penned an open letter addressing other new mothers about the transformation in her relationship with her own body.

I deeply believe in the beauty of our bodies at every phase,” I penned down on Instagram Stories last April. “Whether we’re radiantly pregnant, gracefully postpartum as we heal and readjust, or navigating the challenging transition afterwards, it’s all part of our incredible journey. And if you’re breastfeeding, that adds another layer to this beautiful experience.

She went on to say, “I make an effort to treat myself gently as my body adjusts to its new state. The expectation that we should quickly recover when everything around us is unfamiliar and changing isn’t reasonable. Life is precious, and so are you. A small reminder for both of us.

Regardless of the complexities that come with being a new mom, Kourtney finds joy in her role and is thankful for each moment spent with her children. During a family vacation to Australia in March, she expressed her gratitude on Instagram, saying, “Feeling incredibly grateful for every second I get to spend with my babies. It’s not often that I get two full weeks of 24/7 time with them as they grow older.
