Travis Barker’s new documentary, Travis Barker: Love is Louder Than Fear, which debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 13th, reveals that he and his wife became pregnant six months into their relationship in 2021. They were expecting a daughter and had already chosen the name Tulip.
Sadly, at their three-month check-up, the couple learned their baby had passed away.

After a year of unsuccessful IVF treatments (five cycles and three egg retrievals), Kourtney decided to stop trying to conceive. She shared on Instagram in 2024 that she found peace by trusting in God’s plan for her life, and focused on improving her overall health. She emphasized the importance of prayer and letting go, acknowledging how difficult it can be when you feel like you’ve done everything you can, but believing in a higher purpose can be incredibly empowering. She wished everyone the best on their own journeys.
Kourtney revealed that after trying IVF for a while with her husband, she unexpectedly became pregnant naturally with their now-2-year-old child – about a year after they had stopped the IVF treatments.
I was really surprised to hear Khloé Kardashian talk about this! She shared that before getting pregnant with Tatum (Rocky), she honestly thought IVF wasn’t something she could realistically consider. It’s so open of her to admit that, and it felt very relatable.
Kourtney explained to Vanity Fair Italia in 2023, just before having her baby Rocky, that she felt pressured into a decision and believed it was the only path forward. She admitted feeling like what she was doing didn’t align with her values, particularly because she avoids medication even for minor ailments. Her gut told her it wasn’t right and was actually harming her body instead of helping it.
As she put it, “When we stopped forcing the process, then it happened.”
