Kris Jenner is giving credit where it’s due.
Following a recent facelift, the reality star from the Kardashian family wanted to publicly thank her plastic surgeon, Dr. Steven Levine, but also needed to manage the number of people requesting consultations with him.
She shared on the October 14th episode of the *Not Skinny But Not Fat* podcast that he disliked being the center of attention, which she found endearing. She asked if she could reveal his identity, and he agreed under one condition: they create a secret password. Anyone claiming to be a friend of his seeking a consultation would need to know the password to verify their connection.
Even though Kris, 69, and her doctor have a way of handling things, people outside of their close network keep trying to contact her doctor directly.
Oh my gosh, you won’t BELIEVE this! His office keeps calling, like, constantly, and they’re always saying, ‘Julie Monopoly is on the line, she says you two are super close!’ And I’m just sitting there thinking, ‘Who IS Julie Monopoly?! I’ve literally never even heard the name!’ It’s crazy how many people are trying to get his attention, trying to worm their way in. It’s just…wow.
Although Dr. Levine only works with a limited number of clients, Kris emphasized that she encourages anyone to find a healthcare provider that’s right for them.
She explained that speaking openly about her experience is her way of encouraging others to not fear necessary surgeries, or even procedures they choose to improve their self-esteem.
Kris recently shared that she had the procedure fifteen years after a previous facelift, wanting to feel her best as she turns seventy.
She told *Vogue Arabia* in August that getting older shouldn’t stop you from pursuing what makes you happy. She explained that aging gracefully means different things to different people – if you’re comfortable and don’t want to change anything, that’s perfectly fine. But for her, taking care of herself *is* aging gracefully, and it’s what feels right for her.

I was really struck by something Julia Fox recently shared. She admitted she sometimes looks back and wishes she hadn’t gotten certain cosmetic procedures – things like liposuction, a nose job, veneers, and even Botox and fillers. It’s so brave of her to be open about those regrets, and it really resonated with me.
You know, I often think about people who seem totally unburdened by the world, and I find myself wishing I could experience that fresh start again. I used to be so focused on trying to meet other people’s expectations – specifically, believing I *needed* to be considered attractive to feel secure. It’s something I’ve definitely grown past, but it’s amazing how much energy I wasted on that idea.
She acknowledged she might eventually get back to being more productive, but it wasn’t a priority for her at the moment.

Honestly, hearing Jana talk about her experience really resonated with me. She admitted her biggest regret isn’t the surgery itself, but wondering if she truly did it for *herself*, and not for anyone else. Her advice is so powerful: if you’re considering it, it absolutely *has* to be a decision you make completely for your own happiness. That’s something I’m taking to heart.

She expressed her hope on Instagram that her children would never feel so insecure about their bodies that they would resort to drastic measures to become thin. Let’s talk real talk about self-image. I’ve been very open about my weight loss journey, including using Ozempic, and I’ve also been honest about past procedures I regret. Honestly, my 2021 facelift was a mistake. I said it myself – looking back at photos, I resembled Cyclops! It just didn’t turn out the way I hoped, and I’m sharing that because I believe in being upfront about these things. It’s important to learn from our choices and embrace ourselves as we are.
