He invited fans to reach out if they’d like more information and expressed gratitude for the years of support and information shared with Kunio-kun fans.
Masamichi Kishimoto started his career as a game designer at Data East, contributing to titles like Cobra Command and Road Blaster. He then joined Technos Japan, where he created popular games such as Renegade (originally known as Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun) and Double Dragon. More recently, he directed Double Dragon IV and Stay Cool, Kobayashi-san!: A River City Ransom Story.
