Players can now try out a demo for the fast-action, top-down game Kusan: City of Wolves on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC through Steam. A version for Nintendo Switch is also planned, according to publisher PQube and developer CIRCLEfromDOT.
Here is an overview of the demo, via PQube:
Enter the brutal world of Kusan: City of Wolves, a fast-paced, top-down shooter set in a gritty, neon-lit city overrun by crime. This demo showcases the intense action of the full game, featuring quick, challenging combat, close-quarters arenas, and powerful bosses who require skill and accuracy. The high-energy soundtrack, created by renowned Korean hip-hop artist Loptimist, adds to the relentless pressure and excitement with its driving beats and heavy bass.
You take on the role of Jin, a former soldier who now works as a mercenary. A seemingly straightforward assignment quickly turns into a deadly conspiracy involving a girl with incredible, and potentially dangerous, abilities. To make it through the city of Kusan, you’ll need to be a master planner, act decisively, and be prepared to fight your way out.
This demo showcases:
- Brutal top-down combat where one mistake means death.
- Sharp movement, parries and finishers that reward skill.
- A taste of beastly boss encounters and city ambience.
- Adrenaline-fuelled music by Loptimist that drives every fight.
Kusan: City of Wolves is due out for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC via Steam in 2026.
