Kylie Kelce Details Taylor Swift’s Baking Skills Ahead of Thanksgiving

Kylie Kelce knows that Taylor Swift is a baking mastermind.

The podcast host, age 33, mentioned she’s all set with desserts for Thanksgiving, largely because her future sister-in-law is a fantastic baker, especially when it comes to sourdough bread.

Kylie raved about Taylor’s amazing sourdough bread on the November 25th episode of Not Gonna Lie, adding that it’s ‘so good,’ and comparing it favorably to Pop-Tarts.

Taylor mentioned that Jason Kelce’s family are excellent bakers. She highlighted how Jason and Travis Kelce’s grandmother, Mary, was known for her delicious chocolate chip cookies, and their mother, Donne Kelce, always makes incredibly popular dinner rolls.

“That’s even more why I don’t need to lean into being a baker,” Kylie continued. “It’s covered.”

She’s definitely not a beginner cook – banana chocolate chip muffins and bread are her specialty. However, she admits there are already plenty of talented bakers in her family.

It’s still a mystery what unique sourdough bread Taylor Swift will make for the Kelce family Thanksgiving, but the singer has often talked about how much she loves baking it.

Taylor shared on the August 13th episode of the New Heights podcast that she goes through phases with her baking. Currently, she’s completely focused on sourdough bread, and it’s become a major part of her life.

She’s thinking of making a pumpkin loaf next, but she’s created lots of delicious flavors before, like blueberry lemon and cinnamon swirl. She even made a Funfetti loaf inspired by her future nieces and nephews: Wyatt, 6; Elliotte, 4; Bennett, 2; and baby Finnley, 7 months old.

I’ve been experimenting with a fun recipe for my daughters – Funfetti sourdough bread,” she said. “They’re obsessed with sprinkles, so we add them to pretty much everything when we’re together.”
