Kylie Kelce openly shares her views regarding Travis Kelce‘s and Taylor Swift’s engagement.

After the couple made their significant announcement and posted pictures of the garden proposal on August 26, a podcast host – who shares daughters Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett, and Finnley with her husband Jason Kelce for seven years – mentioned that her family was incredibly excited for her brother-in-law and the Grammy winner.

During a September 5th episode of Good Morning America, Kylie expressed her excitement, saying, “The girls are ecstatic because they’re getting another aunt!” She went on to share their enthusiasm, stating, “We couldn’t be happier for them and what the future may bring. We adore love, and we deeply care for Taylor and Travis.

Following Taylor and Travis’s engagement announcement, many voiced their support for the couple, affectionately known as TNT. Among them was Jason himself.

During the August 27th episode of the New Heights podcast, Jason announced some major news that had recently surfaced. As a team on New Heights, we thought it was fitting to extend our heartiest congratulations to Travis and Taylor for their recent engagement. This proposal has been making headlines worldwide, and we couldn’t be happier!

Over the weekend, the Kelce family quietly celebrated their recent achievement, choosing to announce it publicly only on Tuesday.

Last Sunday evening, I found myself immersed in an exciting experience at Kansas City, specifically for the screening of ESPN’s airing of The Kingdom. Accompanying me was my former spouse, Donna Kelce. Post the event, we were warmly invited to our son Travis’ residence where his future bride had prepared a delightful dinner for us, making our evening even more memorable.

He remarked, “Their affection for each other is clearly evident. It’s quite endearing to see. These two seem to be deeply in love, a sight that never grows old.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s romantic journey started in July 2023, as Taylor’s Eras Tour happened to visit Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.

As an ardent fan of Taylor Swift (often referred to as a Swiftie), the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs eagerly attended the concert, hoping to present Taylor with a friendship bracelet bearing his number. Unfortunately, he was unable to make the pass due to her pre-show routines.

Travis mentioned during the July 26th episode of his New Heights podcast that he felt let down because she doesn’t chat before or after her performances due to conserving her voice for the 44 songs she sings, and as a result, he didn’t get the chance to gift her one of the bracelets he had made for her.

Following a notoriously awkward blunder, which Travis would go on to label as “purely metal,” he mustered up the courage to extend an invitation to the Grammy-winning artist, inviting him to watch the Chiefs compete live at Arrowhead Stadium.

He mentioned on The Pat McAfee Show that he suggested a challenge: “I let it be known, I tossed the ball into her court when it comes to the stage performances at Arrowhead,” he said. “I proposed, ‘Remember how you lit up the stage at Arrowhead? It’s your turn now to see who can bring more energy.’ So, we’ll have to wait and see what unfolds in the coming days.

During their initial meeting, Travis already sported a mustache that he had grown since August, specifically during training camp.

Later on, he reminisced about that period by saying, “For a while, the mustache and the number 87 were quite famous, and I wore them when I first met Taylor.

According to a reliable source who is familiar with the matter, by early September, Travis and Taylor had been occasionally exchanging texts and conversations.

“It’s been very low-key,” the insider explained, “as he’s been in season.”

Following Travis’ invitation, Taylor attended a match at Arrowhead Stadium alongside Travis’ mom Donna Kelce, to watch Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs play against the Chicago Bears. Post-game, pictures emerged of Taylor and Travis sharing affectionate moments at a nearby pub.

Prior to their face-to-face encounter, as folklore suggested, the well-known singer “Karma” revealed that they had actually spent a considerable period developing a connection with their partner, long before they first met in person.

As Taylor noted, “We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.” 

To show that things were getting more serious, Taylor invited her group of friends, which included Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Sophie Turner, Hugh Jackman, Sabrina Carpenter, and Antoni Porowski, to watch the Chiefs play against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

Another indication that Travis might be “The One” for Taylor is her growing friendship with Brittany Mahomes, the spouse of Travis’ close friend and teammate Patrick Mahomes. This bond seems to have been established both during and beyond NFL games.

On the October 14th episode of Saturday Night Live, unexpectedly, the couple showcased their relationship on television. This special moment extended beyond the live broadcast to include the post-show party for NBC’s sketch comedy series and a romantic evening at the Waverly Inn in New York City.

During a week off from football, Travis took a trip to Argentina to attend the South American leg of Taylor’s Eras Tour. Not only did the NFL player get closer to Taylor’s father, Scott Swift, at the concert in Buenos Aires on November 11th, but he also received a special acknowledgment on stage.

“Karma is that guy on the Chiefs,” Taylor sang, “coming straight home to me.”

Following the performance, the artist of “Midnights” was spotted rushing towards Travis in the backstage area and enthusiastically embracing him with a deep kiss.

Taylor addressed the lavender craze surrounding her appearances at Travis’ games.

She shared with Time magazine, “I’m going to support him in doing something he cherishes. The renowned music star made Travis’ December 17th match a familial event by inviting her father to support him.

Taylor and Travis celebrated their first New Year’s Eve as a couple, exchanging a romantic kiss at the stroke of midnight on January 1.

Taylor carried on strengthening her relationship with Travis’ family as she spent time with his brother, Jason Kelce, and his sister-in-law, Kylie Kelce, during the Chiefs’ matchup against the Buffalo Bills.

On the day the Chiefs clinched their triumph in the AFC Championship, thereby securing their place at the 2024 Super Bowl, Taylor found herself on the football field alongside Travis. After the thrilling victory, they enthusiastically shared a celebratory kiss and, in the moment of excitement, expressed their love for each other with “the L-word.

Over the New Year’s weekend in 2024, the couple ventured out together for consecutive evenings in New York City, coordinating their outfits on each occasion.

During the NFL’s off-season, the duo vacationed in a snowy Montana, spending quality time with the well-known sports broadcaster Erin Andrews.
