Cheryl Cole is finding the magic in motherhood.
Cheryl, of the group Girls Aloud, recently visited Disney World with her 9-year-old son, Bear Payne, who she shares with Liam Payne. The trip offered a glimpse into their close relationship.
Cheryl and her son, Bear, were spotted enjoying a day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on April 28th. A video posted to Instagram showed them walking hand-in-hand, both wearing matching gray sweat suits. They also posed for a photo getting ready to play the Toy Story Mania ride.
Cheryl’s recent social media post also featured photos of her at Disney World, including one of her in front of the Floating Mountains of Pandora and another of her watching a Mickey Mouse show. She kept her baby Bear’s face hidden in all the pictures.

Honestly, I don’t know why it took me 42 years to go, but for the past couple of weeks, I completely lost myself in that inner child feeling. It’s such a wonderful place to escape and just play.
Cheryl doesn’t often talk about her son, but a recent trip to Disney World with him shows she’s growing and changing as they experience life together.
Becoming a mother to Bear completely changed my life,” she shared with The Telegraph in 2019. “I’d always understood the word ‘fulfilled,’ but I hadn’t actually felt that way until then. I thought things like money, fame, and career success would bring me happiness, but they didn’t.
She described an immediate sense of completeness when she first held her baby. “It was a feeling that has never left me,” she said, adding that she’s grown and changed profoundly since then.
Following the tragic death of One Direction’s Liam in October 2024, Cheryl publicly condemned the negative reports and media coverage. However, she has generally kept her life as a single mother private.
Despite past difficulties, she had previously explained that co-parenting with the singer worked well because he was a wonderful father.
Becoming a parent shifts your focus away from yourself,” she told The Telegram. “You prioritize creating a stable and joyful environment for your child, and you do your best to make that happen. We’ve definitely done that.”
