Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke are entering a new season.
Following the surprising news that Summer House stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson are dating, Carl and Lindsay—who broke off their engagement last year—appeared in a new Uber Eats ad that playfully alluded to the drama surrounding their costars’ relationship.
In a video posted to Instagram on April 5th, 41-year-old Carl is visibly emotional, wiping his nose while sitting next to a full Uber Eats bag of comfort food. Text on the screen simply states, “Carl is A MESS.”
Soon after, Lindsay, 39, offers him a tissue before asking, “Is it soft enough for you?”
Carl didn’t respond, but he wiped his eyes with tissues. The advertisement continued with the tagline, “Uber Eats: We clean up any mess.”
Carl and Lindsay’s breakup was a major focus of season eight of Summer House, with viewers anticipating the dramatic fallout in the finale. While things have been difficult between them since then, it appears they’re starting fresh following the surprising news about West and Amanda.
Lindsay, who shares her 15-month-old daughter Gemma with her ex, Turner Kufe, revealed she even unblocked Carl because she found the advertisement so amusing. She commented on the post, saying, “I unblocked him for this!”
Their fellow cast member, Kyle Cooke—who Amanda recently revealed she’s splitting from after four years of marriage—was clearly excited about seeing them together.
“All of a sudden,” he wrote in the comments, “all is right in the world.”
The playful advertisement appeared shortly after Amanda publicly confirmed she and West were dating, following online speculation about their relationship.

Kyle expressed his concern for Amanda in a TikTok video posted on April 1st, telling journalist Adam Glyn that he’d spoken with her before and after her public statement. Amanda and West publicly confirmed the rumors in a joint statement posted on Instagram on March 31st.

News of West and Amanda’s relationship surfaced the same day photos emerged of Ciara being comforted by a friend in New York City. She also started getting support from friends and colleagues, both online and off, as people within the Bravo TV community began to choose sides in the unfolding drama.

Two days after Amanda and West went public, Kyle slammed his former friend for moving in on his ex.
He told journalist Adam Glyn in a TikTok video posted in April that he felt deeply betrayed. “He completely ended our friendship,” he said, questioning, “Whatever happened to loyalty between friends?”
Kyle also insinuated West’s intentions were calculated.
He told Adam that West is skilled at understanding his audience and knows exactly how to appeal to women. He observed that people are praising West’s supposed transformation, but believes West was intentionally flattering them as a calculated strategy.
