Lindsay Hubbard Reunites With Ex Carl Radke Amid Summer House Drama

Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke are entering a new season.

Following the surprising news that Summer House stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson are dating, Carl and Lindsay—who broke off their engagement last year—appeared in a new Uber Eats ad that playfully alluded to the drama surrounding their costars’ relationship.

In a video posted to Instagram on April 5th, 41-year-old Carl is visibly emotional, wiping his nose while sitting next to a full Uber Eats bag of comfort food. Text on the screen simply states, “Carl is A MESS.”

Soon after, Lindsay, 39, offers him a tissue before asking, “Is it soft enough for you?”

Carl didn’t respond, but he wiped his eyes with tissues. The advertisement continued with the tagline, “Uber Eats: We clean up any mess.”

Carl and Lindsay’s breakup was a major focus of season eight of Summer House, with viewers anticipating the dramatic fallout in the finale. While things have been difficult between them since then, it appears they’re starting fresh following the surprising news about West and Amanda.

Lindsay, who shares her 15-month-old daughter Gemma with her ex, Turner Kufe, revealed she even unblocked Carl because she found the advertisement so amusing. She commented on the post, saying, “I unblocked him for this!”

Their fellow cast member, Kyle Cooke—who Amanda recently revealed she’s splitting from after four years of marriage—was clearly excited about seeing them together.

“All of a sudden,” he wrote in the comments, “all is right in the world.”

The playful advertisement appeared shortly after Amanda publicly confirmed she and West were dating, following online speculation about their relationship.

We never meant to keep our relationship a secret,” the couple explained in an Instagram post on March 31. “Because our situation was complicated and we knew we’d be under a lot of public attention from the show, we needed some time to figure things out privately before sharing the news.

After the shocking news broke, fans were furious to learn that West had previously been romantically involved with Amanda’s close friend, Ciara Miller. The public reaction was so strong that Kyle shared Amanda was struggling with the situation.

Kyle expressed his concern for Amanda in a TikTok video posted on April 1st, telling journalist Adam Glyn that he’d spoken with her before and after her public statement. While acknowledging people have different viewpoints and not excusing any wrongdoing, he believes she’s currently being subjected to online harassment.

Ciara Miller and West Wilson found love on the set of Summer House season eight in 2023, and their connection continued off-screen in real life.

However, their romance wouldn’t last long, with the costars breaking up at the end of that year.

Their difficult breakup created tension at the summer house for the next two years, as Ciara wrestled with whether to forgive the sports reporter for hurting her and potentially try to rebuild their relationship.

After a rocky four-year marriage, Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke have decided to separate, just before the tenth season of their Bravo series airs in 2026.

The couple announced on Instagram on January 19th that they have decided to separate. They shared that it was a mutual and friendly decision, and asked for privacy and support as they each focus on themselves and move forward.

Amanda and Kyle, who got married in September 2021, shared that while they’ve always been open about their relationship, they’re asking for privacy now as they move forward. They appreciate kindness and respect during this time.

The show gave viewers an intimate look at the couple’s struggles as their relationship fell apart.

Rumors of a romance between Amanda and West started circulating quickly after the gossip blog Deuxmoi reported on March 5th that the two actors were seen looking cozy together in New York City.

Addressing rumors, West dismissed the speculation during a March 24th appearance on Watch What Happens Live. He explained that she’s currently single and that he was simply showing her around New York, as he has with others she’s dated before. He stated, “She’s single now and it happened already to other people she’s hung out with. We were just hanging out in New York. She’s single now, I gotta show her the streets a little.”

You know, when someone really matters to me, I just call them a friend. It sounds simple, but it means they’re incredibly important in my life – someone I genuinely care about deeply.

After news spread about a possible relationship between West and Amanda, some of their colleagues spoke out about the rumors.

On March 29th, Carl Radke posted a confused-looking photo on his Instagram Story. Lindsay Hubbard and KJ Dillard followed suit, sharing similar expressions of confusion on their own social media accounts.

Austen Kroll, another reality TV star and friend to several members of the Summer House cast, appeared to weigh in on the drama. On March 29th, he posted to his Instagram Stories, “Apparently, dating your friends’ exes and eating pasta are both trending again.”

Amanda and West publicly confirmed the rumors in a joint statement posted on Instagram on March 31st.

We never meant to keep our relationship a secret,” they explained in a message posted to Instagram Stories. “Because things were complicated, and being on a reality show means everyone is watching, we needed some time to figure things out privately before talking about it.

We understand this situation has only affected us and we never intended to cause any pain or seem irresponsible. We’re grateful for your understanding and respect as we work through this.

News of West and Amanda’s relationship surfaced the same day photos emerged of Ciara being comforted by a friend in New York City. She also started getting support from friends and colleagues, both online and off, as people within the Bravo TV community began to choose sides in the unfolding drama.

Amanda’s husband, Kyle Cooke, appeared to make light of recent drama by posting a selfie with Ciara on Instagram on March 30th.

Paige DeSorbo, known from Summer House, publicly showed her support for Ciara on Instagram, calling her “perfect.” Lindsay Hubbard and Dara Levitan, a new cast member this season, also voiced their support, with Lindsay simply writing “Perfection” and Dara adding, “And that’s how you do it.”

Two days after Amanda and West went public, Kyle slammed his former friend for moving in on his ex.

He told journalist Adam Glyn in a TikTok video posted in April that he felt deeply betrayed. “He completely ended our friendship,” he said, questioning, “Whatever happened to loyalty between friends?”

Kyle also insinuated West’s intentions were calculated.

He told Adam that West is skilled at understanding his audience and knows exactly how to appeal to women. He observed that people are praising West’s supposed transformation, but believes West was intentionally flattering them as a calculated strategy.
